1. CONDITIONS TO BECOME AN DEALER

• All of the companies, individuals in automotive/motorbike repairing, technical and electronic equipment business
• Having an excellent business reputation and a good understanding of automotive/motorbike technical equipment
• Good communications via the Internet, Bank transactions, credit card payments, E-commerce…
• There was a first transaction minimum $US 5000.00 or more
• Committed to protecting DTDAuto's product license. Do not arbitrarily change the name and labeling of products
• Commitment to comply with the scope of registration to provide products
• Ordering products on the website
• Payment is complete before the shipping
• Original images and information of the product must be public on the dealer’s website (in case dealers use the website)
• Making trade contracts with us
• Without limiting the dealer’s selling price for the product of the agent. Another fee is depending on dealers and customers

2. BENEFITS

• Logo and information of the dealer will be listed on the official distributor item on the website
• Commission under the provisions of each product (please contact dtdauto@gmail.com to view details)
• Online support techniques and training repair service for the selling
• Support product banner and poster files

3. TRANSACTION STEPS

• Look up products and making technical Information is exact about the product to customers
• Order product on the website: https://dtdauto.com
• Making a trade contact (if requested)
• Payment (not including deduction) by Paypal, T&T advance, Western Union, and Cash
• Direct delivery by DHL, TNT…or other couriers

4. CONDITIONS TO CANCELED DEALERS

• DTDAuto will cancel the dealer’s agent contract without any conditions from dealers in the cases below:
• Violation of commitments, provisions, and conditions in the commerce
• Six consecutive months do not achieve minimum revenue (1 product/ 1 month)
• Conflicts and disputes with customers or other dealers
• There is a violation of product security regulations and commercial fraud
